Do you have any questions about shipping, ordering and payments? Get all the details to your frequently asked questions below.


How much is shipping and how long does it generally take?

  • We are working with Sendle and Easyship to bring cheaper shipping locally and international.
  • Transit times vary by country and shipping service as well as shipping cost.
  •  Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding some federal holidays. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. (And contact us if you have a problem) 
  •  All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.


How Do i track my package?

You’re gonna get an e-mail from Paypal (we use them to process orders). Open that up, there’s a tracking number inside of it. You can either track through the link in the email, your account, or go directly to the carrier ‘s website.

I got my package but there is fee?

If your shipping address is outside of the US you might have to pay customs fees when your package is delivered. Customs fees are determined by your country and are not included in any payment you made to DC. Unfortunately, we can’t control nor are responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for the details. If you refuse a shipment you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties and the cost of returning the package to New Jersey. This amount will be deducted from your store credit. If you were charged shipping fees for an order and you live in the US, that’s not right! Contact us at and we will issue a refund.

Can i change or cancel an order I just placed?

Unfortunately, we can’t change orders that are placed and shipped. However, if you contact us before we ship the item, we can refund you right away (the time it takes for you to get reimbursed depends on your bank).

Can I return items I purchased?

Due to sanitary issues we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • earrings
  • bath products

All other  items can be returned within 14 days of purchase or a store credit will be issued.

what will i get for my return?

Once we get our items, we’ll send you a confirmation email with either amount refunded or all of your store credit info. Once you get that e-mail, you’re ready to shop! If you were issued a store credit, a code in the amount will be provide that you can add like a coupon before you checkout.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We love you, but we do not adjust prices on past orders.
